Data, purposes and legal basis The supply inquiry form collects your company, contact person's name, country/city, email or phone, product of interest, optional estimated volume and message. These details are used to assess and respond to the inquiry and conduct supply discussions. For corporate buyer representatives, the proposed basis is the controller's legitimate interest, provided fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (Turkish Law No. 6698, Article 5/2-f). Article 5/2-c is assessed separately where information is directly necessary to enter into or perform a contract with an individual. Only information necessary to assess your supply inquiry, respond to you and conduct the related discussions is used. This information is not used for advertising, newsletters or other marketing purposes. Do not include identity documents, health information or unrelated personal data in your message. 3. Collection, security and recipients Information is collected electronically through the form and email. Only persons authorized by Teknomey access inquiries. Inquiry emails are not automatically forwarded to Google services or another email address. Application abuse protection uses short-lived counters derived from connection IP addresses with a secret key. Domain registration and DNS remain with Cloudflare; proxying site/form traffic is not planned. Hosting and email services are provided by Veridyen Bilişim Teknolojileri Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi to host the website and store and deliver inquiry emails. 4. International transfers The website does not use Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager. Form information is not sent to Google Analytics. Inquiry emails are not forwarded to an overseas email service. 5. Cookies and retention The website does not use analytics or advertising cookies and does not measure visitor behaviour with Google Analytics. Fonts and photographs are served by this site. The local form application uses no cookies or external bot widget. There is no separate inquiry database; emails, hosting records and backups may be retained. The application does not log inquiry contents in errors. Expired security counters are removed on the next valid request. Supply inquiry emails and associated contact records are reviewed and deleted by authorized persons at the beginning of each calendar year. Inquiry emails received in October, November and December of the preceding year are excluded from that batch deletion and included in the following New Year review. This schedule does not postpone deletion within the statutory periods when processing grounds cease earlier or the timely handling of data subject requests; such records are handled without waiting for the New Year. Only the necessary parts of records relating to a commercial transaction, a statutory retention obligation or the establishment, exercise or protection of a right may be retained for the applicable statutory period or the period required by the specific legal need (under Articles 5/2-ç and 5/2-e of Turkish Law No. 6698, where applicable). These records are not used for other purposes. Persons authorized by Teknomey oversee deletion. 6.
